Patrick Fucci
Owner - Property Manager
Patrick grew up in the Manhattan Beach graduating from Loyola High School. While working as a Los Angeles County Lifeguard, he then went on to graduate from the University of Southern California with a degree in International Relations Global Business. This enabled Patrick to find a niche in the aerospace industry working at Raytheon as a Business Planning Manager, where he developed his skills in project management working on some of the most important programs to our warfighters.
During his time at Raytheon, Patrick helped run the family business of income properties with his father. This joint venture is the foundation of Fucci Property Management, which relies on 37 years of experience building, developing, and managing income property with their core values of loyalty, care and trust.
Patrick expertise in property management ranges from daily operations to detailed analysis of a property to maximize what Patrick refers to as a clients "MBI, Mailbox Income!" Patrick also specializes in property renovations working closely with Fucci Development to ensure that the client stays within their budget, avoids costly mistakes, and maximize the return on the clients investment.

Kristin Scherlacher
Owner - Marketing and Advertising
Since joining WME IMG in 1999, Kristin has been successfully connecting brands and consumers through integrated marketing programs across sports and entertainment. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and has represented many of IMG’s professional athletes. Kristin is strongly skilled in account management, strategy development, event and sponsorship planning, execution and activation. Currently, Kristin manages the college football, golf and experiential platforms for one of WME IMG’s top clients. She is known for her leadership, loyalty, passion, self-discipline and driven nature in a highly competitive field and rapidly changing environment.
Kristin’s role at Fucci Property Management is to leverage the existing equity and experience in the Fucci name to translate to this generation and environment. Growing up in the South Bay along with her marketing background and relationships provides Fucci Property Management with local knowledge and global expertise.
Kristin has a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. She resides with her husband and three daughters in Hermosa Beach, CA
